Refund Policy

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:

To qualify for a refund, the product you wish to return must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. We inspect each item carefully to maintain our quality standards. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tampered with.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following: change of mind, personal circumstances, or discovering the product at a lower price elsewhere. Refunds or exchanges are only considered if the item is faulty, damaged, expired, set to expire within 14 days of delivery, or if the item received does not match the product ordered.

Returning Damaged Products:

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Send an email to support@limitless-co.com.au with supporting photos or videos and your purchase receipt. After verification, a refund will be processed once the items are returned. Refunds do not include return shipping costs.

Sale Products:

Products purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

Manufacturer Errors:

Errors or updates from manufacturers may occur. We reserve the right to correct discrepancies and disclaim responsibility for typographical errors.
